1. Colostrum 25% – 500 mg
Rich in immunoglobulins, growth factors, and peptides that support mucosal immunity, repair gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT), and restore intestinal barrier function.

2. ImmunoLin® – 500 mg
A proprietary serum-derived immunoglobulin concentrate that binds bacterial toxins, modulates cytokine activity, and restores immune tolerance, especially in the gut and lungs.

3. Thymus Substance – 500 mg
Supports T-cell activation, thymic education, and adaptive immunity. Helps rebuild immune capacity in those with suppressed or aged immune systems.

4. Astragalus (Root) – 200 mg
A traditional adaptogen that enhances macrophage activity, interferon production, and resilience to infection. Strengthens Wei Qi (defensive energy) in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

5. Andrographis paniculata (10%) – 500 mg

Who should not take this

• Do not use if you take immunosuppressant medication (e.g. after an organ transplant, or for autoimmune disease — tacrolimus, cyclosporine, methotrexate, biologics) — FORTIS stimulates the immune system and can work against them.
• Do not use if you have an autoimmune disease (e.g. lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes) without your doctor's approval.
• Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive (contains Andrographis and Goldenseal). Do not give to newborns.
• Do not use if you are allergic to milk or dairy (contains bovine colostrum) or to ragweed, daisies, or chrysanthemums (contains Echinacea).
• Talk to your doctor first if you take any prescription medication — Goldenseal affects how the liver processes many drugs (including statins, blood thinners, antidepressants, and some heart medications).
• Talk to your doctor first if you have high or low blood pressure, or take blood thinners.
• Use for up to 8 weeks at a time, then take a break, unless a clinician advises otherwise.
