Who should not take this

• Do not use if you take nitrates for chest pain (e.g. nitroglycerin) or erectile dysfunction medication (e.g. sildenafil, tadalafil) — L-arginine can drop blood pressure dangerously.
• Do not use if you have had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
• Do not use if you take warfarin or other blood thinners (Saw Palmetto, Ginseng, and Vitamin E increase bleeding risk). Stop 2 weeks before surgery.
• Talk to your doctor first if you take finasteride or dutasteride, testosterone therapy, diabetes medication, blood pressure medication, or MAOI antidepressants.
• Talk to your doctor first if you have a history of cold sores or herpes outbreaks, low blood pressure, kidney disease, or trouble sleeping (contains Ginseng).
